Hi all, I apologize for the delay. Within a week after we recorded this the weather warmed up and melted the snow that had accumulated on the roof above my studio. There we're significant damages and much uncertainty. Thankfully everything has been straightened out. It required me to move my entire studio down the hall to a new space.
